Asa is not just a goalkeeper by profession, but she is also a coach for the boys team in her local area and has been doing health education training since 2014 in high school. In 2008 she began training with Blue Birds FC in Alexandra township, it was a men’s team before the ladies team of the same name was established. Asa’s talent was recognized by the head coach Jerry Tshabalala while playing in the Sasol League and soon joined Masandawana and Banyana Banyana.
