Captain Fantastic and Captain my Captain , ever hard working Hlompho Kekana will snatch and scoop two if not all the awards in his category , he has never despaired in the previous nominations where he would lose to others. This time there is no chance, the writing is on the wall. That is where Sundowns was strong, the Mid was our Pillar, he was so effective , playing effective football, He has done well for himself and for the club, he has been so consistent for the past years, this time the Iniesta hoodo is broken, The Big Price must go to him , competing in the CAF , and coming to compete well in the League in the middle of the park, where everything is cooked in the field of play. Then Zwane can get l one Players Players, He has done very well particularly in the Continent, in the League he is one of the players whom when he has the ball will not lose it without doing the Mshishi thing, his ability to play the ball was of help in the team. He still has room to improve in front of goals. He deserves something too.

Promoting a lot of youngsters from the development is not the way to go member unless you want to see us in the same league as Kaiser Chips and this reminds me when we were a laughing stock during the reigns of coach Niskins. Member you are spot on, Sundowns is a big team which have their own way of promoting young stars, Members must check the development of Madisha, Percy Tau, Zwane, Dolly, Zungu, Mambush, Fire Masilela etc. we don’t do things like the Zebras who are now struggling.

For me this thing of just winning esp the league cos it’s a marathon is not good for the team. remember Pitso said 5 years ago that he was building the team, but now it doesn’t look like that and this worries me dearly. If we are still loaning out young players saying they don’t have experience, it won’t help the team, look at Mbape at 19, world cup winner, where did he acquired experience. Pitso himself is confused, when he started he believed that by recruiting international is the answer to a good football, after that he recruited captains of the teams, after busparking, after good football won’t win you a league, after african experience, and then players not good enough for him but he was the one recruiting them, now he score first and managing the game. All these are his reasons for his arrogance, I don’t buy it. He must start introducing 17 years old immediately in the team, then letting olds go, training the team and prepare rigorously for season ahead, not this thing of watching videos. Look at Man City when they score one, they don’t sit back and the game instead they try score more, that’s what sundowns fc is all about, but he continues with this arrogance we won’t go anywhere.

@sokolo if you can check properly man city just like liverpool had a bad patch for some time building the team hence teams like Leicester city managed to win the league. Pitso took time to build the once fearless CBD, after the demolition of that system we had to build something at the same time we participated in the 2 CAF Champions league plus the PSL in 1 season.we went as far as reaching the semifinals. we never had pre seasons for 5 years and still we managed to the ABSA premier league. The team managed to create a system on the road, that means you don’t have time to test your system but you test in the official game.that system enabled us to beat the Rats to the league honours. the coach explained why Sundowns cannot fight to win all the cups in the league. If you check our busy schedule at the end of the season was so tight that we couldn’t postpone black leopards game. All our superstars were loaned to other teams before, Mambush,Fire,Zungu,percy,Dolly etc. Please check Mbape’s career before making comparison. I hope you’re answered dear member.

Sokolo in part of your statement u r rite if u consider that Billiat,Dolly,Tau,Zwane,Soumahoro&even Zungu b4 he went overseas was a regular with no CCL experience &even the so matured players like Ntethe,Hlompho,Mabunda,Arendse,Langerman,Castro&the Langermans ddnt hav experience 2 compete in Africa,but with will&determination against all odds Sundowns conquered Africa.Ive got a firm belief that Pitso shud motivate these players to conquer Africa instead of saying a so&so is not ready.The prime example is Mkhulise.That boy is ready 2 play 4 the team but he has not bn trusted &given enough chance by the coach.In reality experience is gained on the field of play instead of watching the game from the stands.Caf has changed the calender almost in line with the PSL Calender.So we will have a pre-season training.Even last year Sundowns dd hav some rest bcoz of the worldcup tournament,but in reality Pitso continued with the tried&tested excepting Maboe&Sirino&the rest of the new comers never got any chance.The old guard just took the starting line-up for granted&they were not giving their all.On his arrival Pitso had nothing to lose,so he threw everybody to the deep end &everyone was fighting 4 the team knowing very well that he has no guarantee to the starting lineup.But immediately when Pitso stuck to the tried&tested some players became disgruntled&spoke badly about the team.If Pitso can return back to his old approach&give every player whose willing to die&fight 4 Sundowns.Pitso u r a good motivator of everyone if u r going to treat those players equally,in you u can b our Guardiola.Intergrate the young blood with the experience u ll c the best in Sundowns
