Terms and Conditions

• COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  These competition terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to your participation in the Miss Mamelodi Sundowns Pageant as a Voter. By submitting your vote in the competition and providing your information you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs you may not vote in the competition. 

  The competition will commence at 10h00 on 4 June 2021  and end at 23h59 on 14 June 2021

  1. Prizes
     1. Voter prizes
     2. Voters are allowed two votes for each province daily (total of 20 votes per day) which include Gauteng South, Gauteng North, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, Free State,  Eastern Cape, Western Cape and Northern Cape  
     3. Should voters exceed the two votes per province, per day quota, they will have to wait for the following day to cast more votes. 
        1. Twenty (20) members of the voting public will be awarded a prize (Voter prizes). 
        2. The Voter prizes are as follows: 

  R 1000 cash per person

  1. A total of R 20 000 in cash will be awarded. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
  2. The voter prize is not negotiable.
  3. The voter prize is not tranferable.
  1. Notification to Winners
     1. By entering this competition, you agree to be contacted by Miss Mamelodi Sundowns organisers via telephone, email or any other means of communicationthat you have shared with Miss Mamelodi Sundowns for the purposes of the competition.
     2. Voter prizes will be drawn by the Promoter through an accredited auditing company appointed by the Promoter.
     3. Voter prizes will be awarded to the Voters selected at random at the end of the voting period. Whilst voting for multiple provinces may increase a Voter’s chance to win, a Voter prize will be awarded to a voting winner only once.
     4. Payment of the monthly prize money will be made within 30 days of notification to the winner, subject to confirmation of the Participant’s eligibility and account verification. 
     5. Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winners.
  1. Data protection
     1. Miss Mamelodi Sundowns collects and uses information (including personal information as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act of 2013 (POPIA)) in order to enable your participation for voting, and to communicate with you, for gathering statistics or market information, or to compile a broad profile of visitors who engage with the Miss Sundowns Pagaent 
     2. For these purposes, Voters will be asked to provide their name,  phone numbers and email addresses.
     3. Your personal information will be kept securely and in accordance with generally accepted security standards.
