After a long injury lay-off during the off-season, Mamelodi Sundowns’ Brazilian Defender Ricardo Nascimento returned to South African shores to gear up for the new season. “Everything is great, the atmosphere has been really great. My teammates are top and I am happy to be back training with them.”
During the most recent international break, Ricardo got to spend some time with his family and mentioned two of his favourite places to visit when the team are not training:
“When I have these free moments I like to enjoy my time with the family. My family is very fond of Sun city and Cape Town. My son loves to see animals and visit the safari while my wife loves to know more about wine.”
