Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies continued their incredible 2025 Hollywoodbets Super League campaign emphatically with a commanding 6–0 victory over Richmond United at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
With this win, Banyana Ba Style not only extended their perfect record to nine wins from their first ten matches but also achieved their tenth consecutive clean sheet of the season—a remarkable defensive feat that speaks volumes about the team’s discipline, structure, and work ethic.
The Brazilians wasted no time asserting their dominance. Veteran defender Bambanani Mbane opened the scoring in the 11th minute with a powerful finish, setting the tone for what would be a long afternoon for the visitors. Melinda Kgadiete then doubled the lead in the 23rd minute, calmly slotting the ball past the Richmond goalkeeper after a well-timed through ball.
Just ten minutes later, Boitumelo Rabale showcased her sharp finishing once again with a low drive to make it 3–0 before halftime. It was not easy, but we were smart and composed. We created good chances, and I am happy I could help the team with goals.
