Mamelodi Sundowns take on Polokwane City tonight in another clash that will surely bring some entertaining football as both sides are at different ends of the log standings, City is fighting to save their Premiership status and Masandawana are keeping the pressure on log leaders.
“We have checked that they played two systems. They’ve been playing four at the back, but now lately they’ve played five for the back. They are desperate, like we are, you know. We’ll see how it goes. But, you know, they’re tough. Look, there’s no team that’s in the bubble you can see you can easily beat anybody. We are just beating each other. You never know where it’s going and who’s going to beat who. And I think it’s the best time for bookmakers now because this thing is really unpredictable and it can go wherever it goes,” said Coach Pitso Mosimane.
The Brazilian suffered a loss to Baroka in their last outing and missed on an opportunity to capitalize as Kaizer Chiefs slipped up after losing their game against Bidvest Wits. Coach Pitso Mosimane shared his thoughts on the matter by saying “Yeah, we had one small chance that lasted for a few hours, but we didn’t take the chance. So, yeah, we have never been in the driving seat but you never know because we are beating each other and the draws and everything is possible. So we keep going until the fat lady sings. As I said earlier, the championship is not a Chiefs and Sundowns match. I said it and it shows that. I think this one will go to the last line of the last game.”
Polokwane City are currently rooted at the bottom and will be no pushovers tonight as they are fighting for their survival and will surely give Masandawana a run for their money. Coach Pitso Mosimane knows exactly what he is coming up against and acknowledged that by saying, “It’s tough stuff, you’re facing, people who want to win, people who even if they only get one point, they will cherish it. And then we will need maximum points. Because if you don’t get maximum points, how do you expect to win the league? So, yeah, very difficult and very emotional. You saw the Baroka fight and how they celebrated after that match.”
“Yeah, this is the way it is. We also won against Arrows. We were celebrating, to be honest. But yeah, it’s part of life. It’s part of football. It’s our time as coaches to stress. We do stress a lot. We are human beings. You know, a lot of mistakes are made on the pitch by us, by players, by referees. Yeah. This is the way it is. What is beautiful is the beauty of football,” concluded Coach Pitso Mosimane.
Good luck coach, relegation teams are difficult to beat more especially when it’s comes to survival. Just make sure your back line team is strong enough to not concede goals and get a proper striker to lead the front line
, those are the only departments you need to address this winter transfer window.

Supporter are you sure of Madisha, Maboe and Lakay played at once. Remember even though Polokwane has the slowest attackers upfront, however those guys can kill us on aerial boys. For me if Nascimento, Arendse, and Lebusa are available for selection, then let it be.
As for the game, we can win it, with margin score for that matter however lately we have seen Sirino running with the ball way too unnecessary, making dribbling
Worry not Coach just make sure you plan on closing their wings and Maluleka
Rest Anele or put him to defend when you are leading yes anything is possible (senior players need to take lead fight for the win then the 50th universal we celebrate in style 🎉🎉🎉🔥🔥
We need goals Coach more goals, we need to patch up the last lost game and play like champions. We need to focus to out central field back and front. Good luck YELLOW NATION. #sundowns #AbsaPrem
Coach Advise Our Back Line To Stop Going To The Front whenever we have a set piece
And also we cant mark set pieces
Start the game with Keletso Makhalwa That Boy Is A Fighter
All the best to him and the boys I can attest it is difficult and we all are stressing, we might scream at them not because we hate them but for the belief in them which ends in disappointments in other games, guys after the end of this season I will need a serious body massage these past few weeks have taken a strain in my bod, mind and emotions, hardest thing about football is the love that one can’t explain nor just walkout of it, it becomes part of your DNA and build once character
All the best Let’s make it happen.

The same struggling Kekana and forever useless Sirino,no . we are playing not lose and not win also. The coach has reached the ceiling.
Guys can someone tell me how many goals must we score on Saturday let’s say Chiefs lead or win by 2-1,lastly Sirino is costing us I wish he gets injured.
For once after the restart of the league, we played with intensity after we scored the 1st goal and should have scored 5 goals, were also the victim of poor officiating while Chiefs benefited from poor officiating. What I know I’d that God loves Sundowns,I have got confidence are going to win this league if we can play the way we played after we scored the first goal. I saw much improvement in Coetzee’s game, were stable in the middle,we just need someone to complement him next season. This was the Sundowns we know and love.I hate the Dobsonvile stadium it doesn’t suit our style of play.
