The preparations went well- Coach Manqoba Mngqithi

Mamelodi Sundowns travel to Durban to take on Golden Arrows on matchday eight. Masandawana is currently on top of the league standings with seventeen points after seven games and has not registered a loss. We caught up with Head Coach Manqoba Mngqithi and he spoke about this tough encounter on the weekend and said ” The preparations are going well even though we did not have enough time to prepare. We played Tuesday against TS Galaxy and now we must prepare for this game. Well under the circumstances and the dark cloud hovering over us we are doing well and did a lot of work on Arrows

Abafana Bes’thende is currently occupying position six and have not registered a loss and are six points adrift from the Brazilians.

“They are a well-coached side as you can see that Coach Mandla Ncikazi and Coach Mabhudi Khanyeza are doing a phenomenal job. They have a strong midfield and we know that is where they are good with the likes of Ntsako Makhubela and Persusnath. They are very good when it comes to putting pressure on their opponent They have some of the best young crops of players in the country. We have prepared, we are not playing a small side and these guys have not lost a game in seven matches. We are ready,” said Coach Manqoba Mngqithi

The game takes place at Sugar Ray Xulu stadium and will be broadcasted on channel 202 at 15:30
