Both teams were pressing from the top, both teams were really aggressive with the ball trying to build up and dominate the pitch, [it was] a really competitive game with two teams playing a similar style of football and a really good competitive game for the right time in preseason.”
“We’ve had really positive outcomes from the individuals and the team, regardless of the players that stepped onto the pitch. It’s really positive to see that across the squad we’ve got some good performance for us this season. For this fixture we did an analysis on the team on arrival to Holland, we were already prepared in terms of our ideas for the game. It was a very tough fixture, but that’s why we are here, to play against the best teams we can play against and test ourselves and the individual players to see the level we are at.”
