The South African men’s national team head coach, Hugo Broos, has named his 23-men squad ahead of the two AFCON 2025 Qualifiers that will take place this coming September.
Among the 23 men selected to go and represent the country during the international break, are seven Mamelodi Sundowns players. Aubrey Modiba, Thapelo Morena, Khuliso Mudau, Grant Kekana, Teboho Mokoena, Themba Zwane and Iqraam Rayners are the Brazilians called up for the AFCON qualifiers.
Coach Hugo Broos’ charges will play their first match on the 6th of September 2024 against Uganda, then go on to face South Sudan on the 10th of September 2024. Details regarding venues and times will be communicated.
