Currently Downs goalkeepers and the central defensive pairing is poor. Hlompho fades during the game and can no longer give us consistance perfomance I think he needs to be managed. I wish the coach promote goalkeeper from our MDC team and find another young goalkeeper, right&left back defenders not midfielders converted to wing backs. When there comes a time when Downs need to defend well and time after time they fail and I’m sure I’m not the only one who noticed this. I wish the Pitso could have an option where he uses proper defenders and when he uses converted defenders. Downs defensive game is very poor and will undo the good work done by attacking game, I suppose defending and attacking is a team effort but somewhere something is wrong. Now it’s more than three games we threw away where we scored first but failed to managed the game and we don’t have a problem of creating opportunities.

If we won the Telkom cup the pressure now is on Chiefs&Pirates to come with a silverware this year.I so wish we can win the Champions league this season.By January it will be very good if the technical team can reinforce here&there.
