MDC coach David Notoane has spoken about how pleased he is with the way his boys ended off what has been a positive 2019:
“Yesterday we played against Baroka in our final game of 2019, it was our 18th game of the season, picking up another 3 important points to keep our 4 point lead at the top of the log.”
“There was a fantastic reaction from the boys, and we were happy to complete the double for Masandawana over the weekend, with the first team having won the Telkom Cup.”
Notoane said that a win against Baroka was important to reward the faithful Sundowns fans:
“It was very important for us to wrap up the year on a high note, to give our a fans an early Christmas present.”
“I’d also like to take this opportunity to wish all Masandawana a Merry Christmas.”
Our MDC boys will return to action in the new year.
