On her debut season at Chloorkop, Kekana said, “It’s been a great experience representing Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies because there is lots of pressure to deliver when you play for such a big club. However, I was able to overcome the obstacles thanks to the support of my teammates, coaches and technical staff. The knowledge I gained from my debut season will help me to thrive in this wonderful club.”

The highly rated 26-year-old player also mentioned some of her favorite moments during her debut season.

On her objectives for the 2023 season, Kekana says, “I am looking forward to improving on my performances so I can get more playing time. We desire to fight for every competition we participate in and I am determined to contribute to the success of the team. Given that we are the defending champions in the league, everyone will be aiming to dethrone us. However, I am ready to give everything to achieve our objectives.”
