Williams is the second player unveiled for the reigning champions’ ahead of the new campaign, as the National Team Captain joins Masandawana on a 5-year deal. Williams has enjoyed a prestigious career with both his former club as well as his country, where he has accumulated over 250 appearances at the club, as well as earning 25 caps for his country.
Upon confirming his deal, Williams said: “I feel amazing, there is a lot of excitement, finally I’m here. I’m happy to be part of such a prestigious team in South Africa and in Africa as a whole, I feel at home already.”
Ronwen will meet with familiar faces when he joins the camp, as he reunites with former teammates from club and country.
“Sundowns has a wonderful record of adding trophies, I am looking forward to adding to the trophy cabinet. I have seen the Yellow Nation at the stadium, I’ve witnessed the atmosphere that they create for the players, they really are the 12th man and I’m excited to play for them – I am going to give my utmost best.”
Welcome to the home of the Champions Ronza!
We heard about him coming to us few weeks back by other publications no excitement at all,can our Management refrain from giving all players they sign the famous “five year contract” because now we are stuck with many players at our team even those whom are on loan.
We kept on moving them until their contracts expired, players like Margerman,Nyiko Mobbie,Like khubeni and last but not least Seabi and Sibanyoni etc, this is greediness at it’s best hope our new Technical Director will end this bad behavior.
Kabo yellow 👆👆we plan for the future that means we still going to dominate,, welcome to the world of winners Ronnie
