Message to Masandawana

In the media statement released yesterday, the President Dr Patrice Motsepe said: “Mamelodi Sundowns will make announcements in due course concerning the new head coach and other changes that we are introducing. Sundowns has over the years developed and trained very good local coaches and has a strong Technical Team”.

The Club would like to thank all the Mamelodi Sundowns supporters for their continued support and passion that they showed over the years. The positivity and love of the supporters have carried the club to a record tenth title and treble-winning season; with their continued support, we will achieve even more together!

We are embarking on an exciting new challenge, and we look forward to reaching new heights together.

The Sky is the limit.

Thank President for appreciating us we appreciate you as well. Most of us supporters would like to see Manqoba taking us forward because he has been there 7 years and he is a coach. We believe he is qualified to take us forward

When is our preseason starting? If it has started
    Who is with the players?
    Who are the players that
    are leaving? Who are the
Coaches that have submitted their CVs?
    I ask all these questions
because the season is starting on 17th

To Mr President Motsepe pls give manqoba and rhulani a chance to take the team forward, there are already there and they know this team.

Pitso wants Rhulani to join him in Egypt. Reports suggest our performance analyst has already left with Pitso. Rhulani and the fitness trainer are said to be negotiating for their release

Mr. President Motsepe, please let Manqoba rise up and take the baton. I’m very confident in his ability to take us even further than our beloved coach Pitso has taken us. Thank you my President!

Bringing someone new to coach Sundowns will be a disaster so Dr Motsepe please give Manqoba a chance and maybe rop in David Notoane as his assistant since there rumoures that Mokoena will be joining Pitso. I have confidence in both men since they are familiar with Sundowns style of play and I believe they will take us into greater heights.KBY I remain

Thank you so much Dr Motsepe for getting us posted and being appreciated so much. Dr Motsepe we really appreciate you so much Ubunto Botho is what you practice we should all learn from you a very good leader

  6. Bongani

My choices are Bennie & Kroll. Bennie has a heart of lion like Pitso, he knows the law of victory (leadership theory). Kroll is tried & tested all over the continent, but his service is expensive.

of cause Sundowns is very big an institution .Pitso left Sundowns but that does not mean our support will leave with him . He is a giant in coaching no matter what the other people are saying he has made his footprint that can never be erased . I hope it is not true that he was pushed out of Sundowns as the rumour mill is concerned . if its true who ever pushed him out of Sundowns is an enemy. This whole thing has made me to be more proud of Sundowns ,why , in the absence of Pitso , I can safely say Sundowns has produced the best ever football coach in Pitso Mosimane. Pitso is representing the whole of South Africa in Egypt and the world is watching . and I bet my last cent Jingles will come out victorious in the land of Pharos you watch this space and the haters will be served a humble pie .Sundowns be PROUD that Pitso is gone.he is not lost he is elevated to a higher calling.

I can give the coaching position to the three coaches that comes to my mind:
    1. Ruud Krol -This man is winner, he is not new to South African football. Wherever the gentle has traveled, he has won something. He has coached North Africa several time. He needs no introduction to South Africa. He can be assisted by David Notoane and Manqoba Mnqithi
    2. Mandoba can tahe over as our next coach assisted by David Notoane and Peter Ndlovu. They have been with the team and coach Pitso for too long. They can carry on with the baton stick.
    3. Benni McCarthy is a finght as well. He can be give a second chance assited by Manqoba and any other former sundowns player- Modise/ Roger/Harold ect

Pmease let Manqoba Mnqithi take the reigns hes a good coach and would continue with the legacy. Plus he was part of the decision of bringing all those new players

Manqoba gets my vote… It would be unsettling for me if he didn’t get the job… I will support whatever decision made but… I’ll be unhappy if Manqoba didn’t get the job. Manqoba knows the plan with the new players coming in. Any other coach can claim that these were not his players..

  11. Soso

I will go for Manqoba for obvious reasons,

He has what it takes, has been with the team for long , travelled to Africa.

Very matured someone and a technician of note.

If not, I will go for either Krol or Tinkler.

My money is on Manqoba assisted by Rulani and Notwane.
