Mosimane Looks Ahead To Maritzburg

Pitso Mosimane has noted the significance of bouncing back immediately after the MTN8 disappointment when we face Maritzburg United on Saturday evening.

Mamelodi Sundowns welcome the Team of Choice at the Lucas Moripe Stadium as they resume their Absa Premiership campaign.

The Brazilians were most recently involved in a CAF Champions League clash in Seychelles and returned home to face their Tshwane rivals SuperSport United, but suffered defeat and were eliminated from the cup.

Speaking ahead of the late Saturday clash, Mosimane believes a win is the only way to move on from domestic cup disappointment.

“That’s the only way to make you feel better,” the coach said.

“All is forgotten when you win. You are only as good as your last game. So we need to win to turn it around. It won’t be easy, however. Coach Eric Tinkler only plays one way against Sundowns and he hasn’t changed his way and why should he change? I expect the usual.”

Mosimane said the midweek loss only showed that you can’t win them all, and that you can have a bad day at the office.

“We are normal also. You will have one of those days. That’s why I am saying a win is the only way we will feel better,” he said.

Kick-off for Saturday’s game is scheduled for 6pm.

Thank you, beaten once twice shy, some things need to be cancelled quickly from people’s minds, and Couch you are spot on to say a victory rubs off the bad memories faster because there too great expectations and people had already attached their emotions to that cup particularly the loving supporters who do it for the love of the game and pride. Redeem us guys from that space and experience. Please make us happy again, restore your fortunes ,renew your strength and do it well . All the Best guys, lets go and support our team

Our coach mara is very arrogant how can you sign a player and tell us he will play when We are leading by 3-0 or a heavy score serious Pitso need to be reminded that day he was escorted by security guards few years back at Lucas Moripe stadium the time to always singing must come to an end really.
Which means Rantie will keep on sitting on grandstand because I don’t see us scoring those plenty of goals anytime soon.

We had a great first half against Maritzburg United &I was surprised by Ali Meza’s performance, that I wish Pitso should have given this lad a chance long time.Maritzburg was in sixes&sevens in the first half&we should have buried them.Again in the second half the usual suspects made wrong substitutions when Coetzee had not have the greatest of games is rewarded with a game time;living Jali in the lurch for what really.Lets see how the end of the game penns out.But Rivaldo belongs to the defence.

The journalists must start by saying the unbeaten team instead of always telling us about the unbeaten Kaiser Chiefs,as if Sundowns lost a game this season.I so wish Pitso can move away from this thing of putting Rivaldo in the middle of the park and again selecting Mkhulise on the starting line-up must happen very soon Zwane is another person who is so relaxed. But bringing Mahlambi &Lakay was another tonic substitution that was a remedy and changed the complexion of the game.Again coach you must be applauded &acknowledged when u have done a great job.Thank you to u &Mngqithi on the bench 4 overseeing who comes to the party when needed most.Thank you Jingles 4 hearing us out.I have a firm belief that Sundowns is on the way to clinching it’s 13th league championship because I don’t know where does this thing of saying we r 9 time champions come from.To supporters on the stands showed undying love with their we also congratulate you Kaboyelo MaSandawana.

It was good to c Maboe in the stands,I hope he stays there n let other strikers recieved the amount of playing opportunities that he has been enjoying undeservedly
