We had to grind and show character- Sirino

Gaston Sirino scored the crucial goal in the clash against Kaizer Chiefs and increased his tally to twelve for the season. The Uruguayan has played thirty-six matches in all competition and has been one of the integral members of Coach Pitso Mosimane’s side.

“It felt great to score in a game of that magnitude and I must give credit to my teammates as we fought hard to get the results against Chiefs. It was a tough game and we had to grind and we showed that we have the character and what is important is that we closed the gap”.

Sirino missed the first two games after the resumption due to suspension but when he was available for selection he showed what he had in his disposal as he gave assists in the Highlands Park and Maritzburg United games.

“It was hard sitting and not playing but I knew once I get back to playing I will give my best to the club. I enjoy being on the field of play and now the goal is to make sure that we win all our remaining games, it won’t be easy but we have been in this situation before and we have the experience to fight till the end” said Sirino.

True, if Sirino can be aggressive a bit in the twenty -third many teams are yet to cry, he has the skill to take on players and he must not be afraid to take them on.Whatever he has to do he must do it well within the first 45 minutes, he must make sure he does not panic, he must be calm and never seek to revenge when hard tackled. Otherwise mentally the team is stronger than any other.

Indeed SIRINO is dangerous on taking on defenders so kekana must always anticipate o six yard passes and passes the ball in the back of the net, good to see all guys to show the desire to win, every player who given the chance came to the part, guys it’s always difficult to play against teams that are fighting for the religation, put more effort guys don’t make mistakes to underestimate them, bear in mind that the goal difference between us and THIEVES is not favoring us we need to score goals and keep zero behind.

Another thing SIRINO BE AGGRESSIVE MORE and please don’t retaliate or take the law of the game into your own hand just wait for the the referees to do their job, if they favour the opponents let the matter be resolved by our legal team.

I am happy for the team having won the last game against Chiefs. However I wish the team could play differently in the next game and avoid seating-back (bus-parking) and playing deeper.Even Mathoho was just not lucky to punish us; because he had a number of chances to score just he was not cynical. We love the team, and we shall always rally behind and promote the brand. Yeeeeeelow!!!!!

We have to do things for ourselves. Waiting for other teams to work for us will derail us. Let us try to collect as many points as is possible. We have regained our confidence and morale.
Fight on Masandawana. We are almost there.
