Mamelodi Sundowns are delighted to announce the acquisition of young defender Asekho Tiwani, who joins the club on a multi-year deal.

The 19 year-old defender has made a name for himself in the Premier Soccer League at his former club, with his highlights including a Goal of the Season nominated strike in the 2023/24 season.

Welcome home boy.As long as we sign young players i,m happy. It is wise to sign players that can be sold abroad or play for the national team,we must also promote and play our development players bcoz they excellent. There is a boy who goes by the surname of Khoza,he is a central midfielder in our Diski team the boy is brilliant and not dirty, the likes of Raluwana,Letlhaku and captain fantastic Nkosi and we have also seen what the evergreen Mabena does,we just need to have confidence in them and give them enough chance for they are very talented and well developed, they don’t need protection like a coward of our previous coach said.I would be very happy if we can sign a striker by the name of Nguse from Arrows, the boy is pacey and powerful.I also urge the honorable management to break the bank for that Tanzanian boy called Feisal,he is the real deal.
