Sometimes I do not understand why people who won nothing and have nothing to show for the season end up winning. That kills players and end up thinking they have done everything yet not, players who have no consistency, hot for one season and flat the next. Some factors should be considered here. Last Season we saw Thembinkosi Lorch winning, the following season he was nowhere to be seen, l thought these awards are motivators to do more but alas! If a player is denied a move and can still play do it for the good of your name. That is professional football. But to be unhappy and fail to perform to expectations will only make your name shrink, if you are a hot asset remain hot because if you allow coldness its very difficult to pickup, remember another person will be rising to replace you. There are players who have been in the list of awards year in year out(Bro Hlompho), Consistency, there is no fluke in this, that shows he loves the game and always think outside himself in football. Those are the players who deserve legendary status when they retire. Themba Zwane , their names appear all the time, that shows the player is in the game and is pushing himself to the limit.Thumbs up. Consistency!. Madisha the young boy, he gives it all, be it locally or international, he gives his best, mistakes can be there but the boy means business. He has thwarted serious moves in the Caf and local, we saw the boy get man of the Match awards many times even on his low days. Keep the fight boy.we don’t want one season performance. We can talk and talk but consistency is ultimate. Make your name and protect it up there.
