It has been a busy transfer market for Mamelodi Sundowns as they beefed up the squad to maintain the success that the club has had in recent years. Khuliso Mudau was roped in from Black Leopards after some great performances last season for the Thohoyandou side. The defender signed on the dotted line for Masandawana on a five-year deal.
The 25-year old spoke about how he has adapted to life at Chloorkop and said that “It’s great to be here, I made a move from a small club to a big club and I must say I am enjoying everything about the club. I am enjoying every day, the session and being part of the Mamelodi Sundowns family”.
The Musina born has already made three appearances for the Brazilians already and is finding his feet.
“It was a good start for me as a player even though I played twenty minutes, I appreciate that as it shows that the coaches see something in me and that I can help the team and that is a good thing. It is not easy but one must adjust very quickly and understand how the coaches want you to play and to the philosophy of the club”.
The defender also shared some of his thoughts about the upcoming important clash this Sunday against AmaZulu and stated that “Our next game is against AmaZulu and we must go there and collect maximum points. We are a big team and we want to collect as many points as we can early in the season so that we do not find ourselves in the same situations as last season as we are a big team”.
