Thapelo Morena Discharged

Thapelo Morena was discharged from hospital earlier today (Monday, 10 February 2020) after undergoing a successful operation yesterday (Sunday, 9 February 2020). He will be re-assessed in two weeks.

The speedy player is expected to be out for a few months after he twisted his ankle in a freak accident in the second half of the Tshwane Derby at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday evening.

Messages of support have been pouring in from fellow players, clubs, politicians, supporters and the general public.

Commenting on the support, an emotional but positive Thapelo expressed his gratitude for the messages of support:

“I’m feeling much better and I’m happy that I’ve been discharged. Thank you for all the messages of support. I am ready to start the process of healing.”

I just noticed that Thapelo Morena is one of the most loved player , his kind of play is simple but entertaining many people. It is humbling that Way dad supporters watch our games and have such compassion for Mr TM, the love from different spheres will be a catalyst and healing therapy to Mr Tee, what a player South Africa has in Thapelo Morena, a marvel to watch especially when he goes ahead of the defenders. Ayi suka madoda! Receive a total healing soldier, there still trophies to be played for and to be lifted, we know you will come back soon strong and a better player. it was an unfortunate incident and part of this journey. We love you, we pray for your total restoration and total healing very fast. Kby

I have built a mobile App, very similar to the Orlando Pirates App.

I would like you to see it, I can even come to Sundowns head quartes in Pretoria to show you the App.

Please email when you have time.

I just want you to see the App.

    Kind regards
