Playing against Celtic is not going to be easy – Kekana

It’s match day twelve for Mamelodi Sundowns in the DStv Premiership and the next opponents are Bloemfontein Celtic, the match will be played at Lucas Moripe Stadium. Masandawana have not registered a loss in the league this season and have accumulated twenty-five points through twelve games. In the last encounter in the DStv Premiership, The Brazilians played a goalless draw with cross-town rivals SuperSport United.

Captain Hlompho Kekana spoke about the upcoming clash and said that “It is refreshing to know that we are going into this game without having lost a match, it allows us to go out and get more wins and we want to continue with the good run that we are having”.

The last time Masandawana played Phunya Sele Sele, Kekana was on the score sheet as he found the back of the net with a stunning free-kick with Sibusiso Vilakazi grabbing the other goal, the game ended 2-1 in favour of The Brazilians.

“Playing against Celtic is not going to be easy or smooth as they play an awkward system. The boys have worked hard in the past two days in preparations for the game. We are playing at home and the objective is simple and that is to win and get the three points that the team requires. The team looks ready and refreshed and we are looking forward to the match and hopefully, we get the win and continue being unbeaten”, said Kekana.

Kick-off is at 17:00 and the game will be broadcasted on SuperSport 208.

Coach, Kapinga is not giving us anything, what has Mkhulise done Mara to be behind this lazy and wasteful Kapinga .

    Never take out Temba Zwane.

You just can’t take out Thwmba Zwane no matter what when we are not WINNING Manqoba.

DON’T TAKE OUT TEMBA ZWANE PLEASE.

Introduction of Makgalwa,Mkhulise and Vilakazi could have brought us maximum points.Players like Kapinga are good but not yet ready to play for Downs. The combination of Mvala and Maluleka is good defensively when we trying to protect our lead, not when we want to score goals. We lack creativity when playing those two unlike Riva and Jali, where Riva protects the back 4 and Jali helps the team’s offense. Please change the personnel,we struggled against Pirates,SuperSport and Celtic. We need more creativity and attack upfront,Makgalwa,Mkhulise,Vila and Mkhuma can do that with ease and introduce the likes of Kapinga and Domingo when the team is winning, when there’s no pressure.
